Copyright Permissions Statement

The Center for Effective Schools via the Texas Education Agency grants permissions for hard copies of the ESF brochure and ESF Booklet to be made without fee for academic purposes and for use by ESF trainers and facilitators for outreach. Further reproduction or distribution requires explicit permission.

All requests for permission to use Effective Schools Framework material copyrighted by the Texas Education Agency (Center for Effective Schools) must be submitted by email to info@texasesf.org.
